YOU’LL SEE YOUR TUMMY REDUCING FASTER THAN YOU THINK!
Do you want to look like this?
Is your belly fat getting you out of your mind? You can’t wear the clothes you like and when you sit it’s even worse! So the question you keep asking yourself is how can you reduce your tummy?
How About 45 Minutes Of Exercise A Week…While Eating Delicious Foods?
Keep reading to find out how…
Well… most people say any kind of cardiovascular exercise like walking, running, skating, taking the bike, etc that will get your heart rate up is good to fight your belly fat. Is this what it’s all about? Doing BORING CARDIO? No way!
There’s new research pointing at doing 20 minute Interval Training that yields much better and faster results. And it’s not only about interval training, it’s also about weight training… You know that muscles require much more energy, right? So if you have more muscle, you burn more fat! It’s that simple. But now you may be wondering… Does this mean I have to spend hours in the gym? Then again, NO! Doing it the smart way you only need to exercise 2-3 times per week and depending on the program you choose it can go anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes each workout. You’ll start building muscle very fast! (Ladies: don’t worry, you won’t have the bulky look that men can get easy, it’s all about genetics. All you’re gonna get is a slim, toned, sexy body.) You don’t even have to sign up in a gym, in fact there’s a great option to burn fat at home, without the boring cardio, of course: download the 10 Minute Workout for FREE here.
Now you may be wondering, what about the stomach crunches? Are they tummy reducing exercises that will make me slim faster? Well, stomach crunches and exercises that target your tummy by themselves are not going to do the job. You need a full body workout or combine the crunches with interval training. Tummy targeted exercises just build the muscles but don’t get rid of the fat. And in order for your abs to show, there shouldn’t be any fat covering them (you don’t want to do all the work, have great toned abs, and not be able to show them because of the fat, are you?).
First you need to get rid of the fat!
Don’t worry, there’s a simple recipe you can follow, we’re not discovering the wheel here, and yes you already know it: diet and exercise. But don’t panic! It’s not exactly the way you know it. Of course you can do only one of them and you’ll get results, but if you really want to reduce your tummy fast it’s better if you combine them.
Reducing your tummy takes an integrated approach:
1. Eat healthy: You don’t have to get into a super low calorie diet. In fact, many times this won’t work, not for the long run anyway. But you can eat right, including foods that boost your metabolism. Did you know that eating chili peppers and drinking water boosts your metabolism? Did you also know that cinnamon helps you burn fat? And there are many other things… Check these 5 Foods that FIGHT Abdominal Fat! You may find some surprises here…
2. Exercise SMART: you don’t need to spend hours in the gym. Following the right program, if you exercise around 20 minutes three times per week should be good enough. You can try Turbulence Training to eat delicious foods to lose fat and do 20-45 minutes of exercise at home 3 times per week.
3. Control your stress: Yeah, you didn’t see that one coming, right? Well, when you’re stressed your body releases a hormone called Cortisol. This hormone is nasty since it makes your liver produce excess sugar that you don’t need. So you get more hungry, and you eat more even when your body doesn’t really need any food, hence you store fat. And since your tummy has more cortisol receptors… yep, you guessed right, most fat gets stored in your belly. So relax!
Did you know that when you meditate anti-stress hormones like DHEA tend to increase while the stress hormone Cortisol tends to decrease? But maybe you don’t know how to meditate or don’t have the time. Don’t worry there’s an easy solution that gets you into deep meditative state just by listening to some music. Go here, try it out and thank me later!
Just remember: it took some time for your waist to get as it is now. So don’t think this is going to work overnight. It took some time to grow, it will take some time for your belly to slim down, but it will and faster than you think! Just keep it up, be persistent with your tummy reducing exercises, eat healthy, keep your stress under control and what’s more important: TAKE ACTION NOW!
